Jon read for a BSc Hons in Geology in the early 1990's believing it the way to go. Finding this possibly not the best career choice, he moved on to follow a career in business management over the next few years. In an effort to formalise this experience, he took an MBA in 1997 and moved onto a PhD in 2000. After moving the PhD over to a part-time route two years later, he went back into business management and currently works on the UK side of Hurricadia with Terence.
